Yield: 12-14 meatballs
Ingredients:
½ lb. ground chicken
1 large egg, beaten
1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon finely diced fresh basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
1 (24 oz.) jarBontà Della Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Fit a large, rimmed sheet pan with parchment.
In a large bowl, combine chicken, egg, panko, parmesan, basil, oregano, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Lightly combine with your hands until everything is fully incorporated.
Roll into 1-inch balls, and place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs register 165 degrees with a meat thermometer.
Pour desired amount of pasta sauce into a saucepan over medium heat, and warm through.
Serve meatballs with the warm sauce.
