Who We Are

The beginning

After a successful career in fashion design and building brands alongside top names in the industry, I set my creative sites closer to home. With the birth of my son came the need to provide nutrient-rich, organic meals free from pesticides, preservatives, and extra processing. While reinvigorating a historic country store in Westport, Connecticut with my husband John, I continued my hunt for products to add flavor and convenience to my home cooking that did not list sugar or water as the first ingredient. When I couldn’t find what I wanted, I launched my first products: small-batch preserves in unexpected flavor combinations. Today, the White Oak Farm & Table^® brand includes organic cooking sauces, organic salsas, and dressings that bring quality, nutrition, and a home-cooked touch to dinner tables around the country.

I launched Nature’s Bounty Reimagined^® Bontà Della to breathe life into a world of organic tomato sauces that felt repetitive and ripe for disruption with fresh, robust, modern flavors. And because we craft our products in small batches, they retain the sweetness, flavor, and most importantly, the healthful nutrients nature created.

Our Philosophy

Our products always blaze a new path in flavor, ingredients, and culinary techniques. We source our ingredients from people we know and trust. We reinterpret these in traditional recipes and combine ingredients in interesting ways through contrasting flavors. We add global flavors to create a unique and memorable food experience

Sourcing

Our products’ ingredients are responsibly sourced from like-minded suppliers with a passion for corporate sustainability and ethical farming and business practices. Our products do not contain chemicals, coloring, or un-natural preservatives…nothing artificial.

Crafted With Care

As an artisanal small batch producer, we preserve the quality of our ingredients and the authenticity of our recipes. We simply focus on quality over quantity. We take great care in selecting and sourcing the best materials from the best, trusted sources. As a result our products are often considered to be of higher quality and have a unique, handcrafted taste and texture.
